Talent Release #3 (2 pages)
This agreement is used to authorize all rights of an artist's performance to a record company in the use, promotion, or advertising of a particular song - a fee is paid to the talent for every copy of the performance sold.

Union Booking (4 pages)
This agreement is used when booking a musician who is part of a union. An agreed wage is paid to the musician (s); and musicians are required to complete a rider, detailing their requirements to produce a high-quality performance.

Royalty Agreement #1 (5 pages)
This agreement entered into by a writer and a publisher after the completion of musical works. All rights to the work are transferred to the publisher and an agreement on the writer's and publisher's percentage share of royalties is agreed upon.

Event Sponsorship Agreement (5 pages)

Sub-Publishing Agreement (4 pages)

Recording Agreement (2 pages)

Record Company Agreement (5 pages)
This agreement is between a record company and a recording artist. This agreement obligates an artist to record at least one album worth of material at a specified recording studio. Record Company incurs production costs and distribution arrangements.

Record Company Policy (1 page)
This policy statement is made by a record company to be sent to its selected distributor. It details the invoicing, returns, and billing orders. The agreement reflects the standard practices in the industry for a record company and their distributor.

Record Company Producer (2 pages)
This contract serves as an agreement between a Producer and a Recording Company in connection with the production of master recordings. Producer agrees to produce and conduct recording sessions for the Artist's Record Company. Producer is paid X amount at the start of rehearsals and the balance upon completion of satisfactory master.
